Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions: 

  • The order still contains all the correct parts, components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We have the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days and if it has met the conditions, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.

Costs
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in China. Shipping costs start from $40. We advise you to send the return with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Exclusions
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and certain healthcare products, are excluded from return.

Your own responsibility
Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not liable for lost or detained packages at customs during the return process.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process. Send an email to support@avery-melbourne.com and make sure the email contains the following information:

Order number.
Reason for the return request.
Photo of the product in case of breakage.
Customer's first name + last name.
Customer's address.
